Combine Highlights into one note

Specifically when working in PDFs a full note/related idea might be broken up within a paragraph. Such as this:

Currently you can highlight each sentence individually which turns into individual notes. Or you can highlight the main idea and edit the note to add additional context. It would be cool to be able to combine two highlights into one note.
