Error syncing mobile and extension

Hi,

Looked for a long time which service to change to from Diigo, that I had been using for 10 years. Found Memex and thought this was it. Now, however, I’m experiencing issues with syncing. I’ve had the feeling that some of the things I’ve saved have dissapeared, but thought it just has to be me who is being forgetful, that I probably just read it but that but never saved it.

But I started checking cross referencing the mobile app and my library in the extension, and there is a lot of stuff missing! What’s going on? I’m a paying user and would love to have a working service. Is this temporary or do I need to start looking for an alternative?
