This just happened when I tried saving the first notes to my account.

I just installed it. I test it on your chromewebstore page to add highlight and note from the context menu but it does nothing (chromium fedora plasma 43)

chrome addon icon now always has the ❤️ badge
once I have saved a new item/bookmark, the addon icon will display the ❤️ badge overlay on all pages, even if I switch tabs or go to a new unsaved page. The badge will remain for the whole session, as long as the browser is not closed.

Error syncing mobile and extension
Hi, Looked for a long time which service to change to from Diigo, that I had been using for 10 years. Found Memex and thought this was it. Now, however, I’m experiencing issues with syncing. I’ve had the feeling that some of the things I’ve saved have dissapeared, but thought it just has to be me who is being forgetful, that I probably just read it but that but never saved it. But I started checking cross referencing the mobile app and my library in the extension, and there is a lot of stuff missing! What’s going on? I’m a paying user and would love to have a working service. Is this temporary or do I need to start looking for an alternative?

OpenAI Error: No AI model was selected
Been enjoying Memex for a while but today started getting this error. Tried on both Edge and Chrome. The dropdown to select a model is missing. Plugin is unusable currently.

Search Engine Integration only works on Google
Despite having activated Memex Search Engine Integration for all engines available (Google, Brave, Bing, DuckDuckGo), I can only see Memex results being injected into Google search results.

Prompt Templates can no longer be re-ordered by dragging
I used to be able to drag the little “grab bars” at the left side of a prompt template to rearrange their order, but not that feature no longer seems to be working

Cite function does not seem to work with very long Notes
This morning I tried to use the Shift+Click default Cite functionality on a very (very) long Note. Click the button, progress spinner activates, ~5-8 seconds later spinner stops and there is nothing on the clipboard. Works fine for short notes.

Cite Save button not working
When trying to add a 'New' custom cite template from the Memex extension the 'save' button isn't working/is dead. Within the same area if I were to 'edit' a preexisting template the save button works as it should. This is only occurring when creating brand new template. Browser: Chrome

Pictures half visible on webpages
Since a couple of days I am experiencing a problem on certain websites. Pictures are loaded completely and then only half is shown. I disabled one plugin at a time to determine if a plugin was causing this behaviour. I have isolated this behaviour to Memex. I am not technical enough to determine the simalarities, but I am experiencing this on for instance with a Dutch newspaper nrc.nl and on productpages of Decathlon.nl Hope you can help me out!

Save PDF images to Memex
The Save to Memex option on web images is +++. However, it does not seem work on images embedded in PDFs. I screen clip and paste as a workaround (which isn't horrible), but I would use this enough to want it as a Memex tool so I don't have to context switch.

Cannot clear inbox
If I click X Clear Inbox the inbox will clear, but only temporarily. If I navigate away from the inbox then back to it, everything is back in the inbox. This also happens when I try to dismiss individual inbox items by clicking the X on an item. It clears it temporarily, but upon navigation and return, there it is again.

Bugs on Android Mobile with AI Prompts
Hi, the latest Android version 1.13.29 has still some issues: 1. Custom prompt cannot be entered. What is working? I open Memex mobile and select some of my saved entries. Then, I press on Ask. I can see my synced prompts. Clicking on a saved/synced prompt works as expected. What is not working? I click into the prompt field. My keyboard appears. The keyboard covers the whole prompt field. I cannot see what i've entered. Interestingly, if i press some letter, e.g. "a" and minimize my keyboard, the letter "a" is visible. Contrary, if i press e.g. "ab" and minimize the keyboard, only the last letter "b" is in the prompt field. In summary, I cannot simply write a custom prompt because the prompt field is invisible once the keyboard appears. If I type me prompt "blindly", only the last letter is saved in the prompt field. Workaround: I can write my custom prompt in any other app and copy it. Then I can go to Memex Mobile's promt and "paste" the prompt. Pressing on the lightning executes the prompt. 2. Using Android's Share Fuction -> Ask AI -> only shows the default prompts What is working? I use my Browser to visit some website. Then I press on "share -> memex mobile". Memex Mobile opens, and I go to "AI". If i press on the prompt field, my keyboard gets visible AND I can see the prompt field as expected. I can write my prompt. What is not working? (1/2) After writing the prompt as described above, I cannot execute the prompt. Pressing enter on the keyboard inserts a new line. Pressing on the lightning icon (as described above when not using the share function) does not execute the prompt. What is not working? (2/2) Same as above: I use my Browser to visit some website. Then I press on "share -> memex mobile". Memex Mobile opens, and I go to "AI". On this screen, there are only the "default prompts" available ("Summarize this for me", ...). No synced prompts.
