Highlighting in pdf changes places, browser needs restart
On Linux, browser: Chrome, in a pdf:
When I highlight something that appears more than once in a text, the highlight sometimes jumps to the other occurrence, when I double-click the highlighted text in "My Annotations" it jumps back to the original highlightened text, but the browser (chrome) gets really busy, memex doesn't react anymore and I have to restart the browser.

Thanks for leaving this feedback.
The problem you're experiencing with jumping around is likely due to the fact that you are highlighting a piece of text that is appearing multiple times in the document.
It'll take a bit more effort to make this robust so we couldn't fix it at this time.
We did however just fix the bug with the browser becoming unresponsive in version 3.4.30.
