Last versions FF3.8.22/Chrome3.8.24 - Video Timestamps do not work

Bug Reports

Hi,

I noticed the video time stamps do not work both of most recent Memex versions.

1. Add Note to current time - Right click
2. Timestamped Note - toolbar

3. alt-w creates note but omit the link

Taking video screenshot also doesn't work.

    Hi!

    IMPORTANT!
Meanwhile, I noticed IT WILL WORK WHEN I'm LOGGED-IN!
    SORRY!

I do not want to add a new feature request regarding to that, but:
It would would be very useful to create a review page on your home which features work when off-line/(only when)logged-in/needs subscription?

(It could prevent such fake bug reports :)
