Selecting PlainText - RichText works reversely

Hi,

Copy Note, Copy Search Results on dashboard and Copy Note on sidebar vill keep the same setting for either PlainText or RichText (that is good), but the result copied works reversely. (Meaning, selecting PlainText will copy rich text and RichText will copy plain text result.)

Btw: The selection mechanism is a bit complicate. Perhaps would be better to implement to set globally on main settings or quick setting on sidebar, albeit it is logical to allow individually set

    Hi,

    Try to highlight something on a page e.g. on your Changelog and add some rich text notes to it then add a Space e.g. Memex

    (unfortunately, I can not share this highlight due to it also doesn't work, at least for me)

    I created MyTemplate (based on Notion Markdown)

    [{{{PageTitle}}}]({{{PageUrl}}})

    {{#Notes}}

    {{{NoteSpaces}}}

    {{{NoteHighlight}}}

    {{{NoteText}}}

    {{/Notes}}

    then I selected Plain Text and copied it to the clipboard

    The result will be this

    [Changelog - Memex](https://memex.featurebase.app/changelog)

    #Memex

    [

    ## Sharing annotated pages individually (also with people who don't use Memex)

    ](/changelog/646f4b6ed05e292b021b0d99)

    New

    Previously, in order to share an annotated page with someone you had to first add it to a Space and then share that Space. Obviously unnecessarily painful. Now you can simply create a link to just that page with some or all annotations.

    And the best part: If you collaborate with people who don't use Memex, they can view your annotations and add their own with our new web reader. Here you can open an example: [Open this in incognito mode](https://memex.social/c/Fj2UQ7st0tBucxDnggvR/p/ViI3RdDe1txScCeGwu2o).And [here is the launch video](https://share.descript.com/view/iMAbPVoNeqI) running through the feature and how to use it.

    \> Save notes click on \*\*Private button\*\* at right

    --- Then I changed to Rich Text

    The result will be this

    Changelog - Memex

    #Memex

    Global selection whether Rich Text or Plain Text for Copy
    would be e.g. Sidebar ? Settings (similar to Color Settings)
    Copy Settings: RichText/PlainText

    But, that may be overridden individually as how now works

    I can't reproduce this.

    So for the template [test]({{{PageUrl}}}) it throws this for me:

    Plain text:

    [test](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voltage)

    Rich text:

    test

    Mhh what is your usecase for the global set?
    Which steps do you have to perform more often because it is a local setting?
