Z-index on Replies needs adjust

Bug for ya. When replying to an annotation, on page, with sidebar open, the replies are above the public/private button. EG, when you click the public/private button and the replies are open, you can't see the options post click. Keep it up! Memex to the moon!

    Thanks for reporting!

    Yes the tooltip component is a bit janky right now.
    We're right now finishing the feature to invite people to collaboratively annotate individual links (as opposed to first having to put them into a space).

    Right after that the first task is fixing this. Expecting it to be fixed within the next 2 weeks.
