z-index on '+ Spaces' modal needs adjusted

The z-index for the '+ spaces' modal needs adjusted to be above the annotations blurbs.

For some reason, this is only needed for when the spaces modal appears at the top of the '+ spaces' button. It appears dependent on scroll position. It works just fine if I scroll up so that upon clicking the spaces button the modal unvails at the bottom of the button.

FYI: The z-index on your FAQ accordion is also higher than the header on the pricing page.
